Blended By Mama “I”, “Me” or “Myself” provide the services available on this website. These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all products made by Blended By Mama to the buyer hereafter referred to as you the “customer”, “you” or “your”. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with Blended By Mama and/or placing an order with myself you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Online transactions are provided securely through either Stripe or PayPal. Payments must be made in pound sterling.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Postage options will be charged in addition unless stated otherwise and comply with all current Royal Mail postage prices.
Our Products & Packaging
Please be aware that the colour of the wax melts may vary slightly from the images you see on my website. This is due to the differing colour of the batches of beeswax and essential oils. Packaging may also vary from the images on this website.
Amending Your Order
If you would like to change your order please get in touch with me via the email address below within 48 hours of placing your original order. Please be aware that any additional amendments may effect despatch date.
Cancelling your order
When purchasing products online you as a customer have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of placing your order and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact me as soon as you are definite you want to cancel to arrange a refund.
Unable to accept an Order
In the event where I am unable to accept your order I shall contact you as soon as possible to inform you that you will not be charged for your order.
Passing of risk
The risk of the goods will pass to the customer upon delivery. Usage notes for all the wax melts are included with the delivery of goods.
PAYMENT OF PROPERTY
As the products are made to order, production will not begin until the full payment has been made and funds cleared.
Liability
If I fail to comply with these terms, I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking this contract or my failing to use reasonable care and skill, but I am not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen.
If you are a consumer I only supply the products for domestic and private use.
If the Customer is a business, my total liability for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to 100 per cent of the total sums paid by the Customer for products under such contract.

With Blended By Mama I want you to feel secure that your details are safe. I want to be completely honest and transparent with my customers so below you can find all of the information you need when it comes to payment and data security…
When purchasing products from this website it is important to be aware that you are entering into a buying and selling process; information such as your name, postal address, email address and telephone number will not be shared with anyone outside of this process.
It is not in Blended By Mama’s policy to send spam emails or unwanted postal mail and the only emails you will receive will be the ones to confirm your order and then another to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
Blended By Mama’s website is hosted by Square Space and any payment transactions are completed by Stripe and/or PayPal and your details will be kept securely behind firewalls on their data storage, databases and the main application. Please refer to their policies if in any doubt.
General
While Blended By Mama uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Blended By Mama will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
While I take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and I will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.
This contract is between the customer and myself. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If I do not insist immediately that the customer does anything it is required to do under these terms, or if I delay in taking steps in respect of a breach of this contract, the customer does not have to do those things and it will not prevent myself taking steps at a later date. For example if a payment is missed but I continue to provide the products, I can still require payment at a later date.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute of claim.
