Knots Of the Fae

A Story Woven In Magic…

In the whispers of ancient forests, it’s said that the fae weave their magic into delicate knots, leaving behind treasures for those who believe in their enchantment. Known in folklore as fairy knots or elflocks, these tiny tangles were thought to carry blessings, protection, or even playful mischief. Each knot tells a story of unity and connection— a dance between the seen and unseen, the natural and the mystical.

Inspired by this magical tradition, Knots of the Fae are handcrafted with love and intention whilst bringing together a host of magic from a number of different small businesses along the way…

The yarn used is from the wonderful Torie from Feral Fibres; an ancestral weaver who uses traditional techniques to dye her wool by hand. Her work is steeped in the ways of old and is most fascinating. The ethically sourced crystal chips that are woven into the knots come from the lovely Lottie from Fern And Clay and have been carefully selected for their unique beauty and properties and charged with either solar or lunar energy. Finally the wooden bead you’ll find at the end of your knot has been lovingly and carefully handcrafted by the magical Nic and Chris at Wild Fen; who only ever work with wood that has naturally fallen from the tree, in this case cherrywood, known as a symbol of love and purity.

Each knot is completely individual with no two ever the same. Filled with the twists and turns of nature’s beauty and the magic of the fae; I’ve created these knots for both adults and older children to enjoy.

Let the magic weave its way into your world…
